Cookies on this website
This page is about Troopa’s public site, troopa.ai and related domains. It is not about your meetings. They are on Privacy.
Who decides
Tellme AI Limited is the controller for this website. We are a Northern Ireland company, number NI710572, at 92 Castle Street, Office 1601, Belfast BT1 1HE. Write to support@troopa.ai about anything here.
The short version
Necessary cookies remember whether you accepted or refused the optional ones, and keep you signed in once you have an account. Those are the only cookies we set ourselves, and none of them needs your permission, because the site cannot do what you asked without them. Analytics and marketing cookies come from Google, and only after you accept them. You can refuse, and you can change your mind later from Cookie settings in the footer. On the Talk to us page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a message comes from a person, and sets no advertising cookies.
If we have not switched Analytics or Ads on, you will not see a banner, because there is nothing optional to ask about.
Necessary
Legal basis: each of these is strictly necessary to do something you asked for, which is why none of them is behind the banner. Nothing here is used to recognise you across visits for any other reason, and nothing here goes to anybody else.
Analytics
Legal basis: consent. Off until you accept. Google LLC runs Google Analytics 4 and, if we have configured it, Google Tag Manager. These cookies help us see which pages are read. They are not used to identify you in the product, and they are not joined to a meeting transcript.
Google processes this in the United States. Google says it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer. We only send the data if you have accepted.
Marketing
Legal basis: consent. Off until you accept, and only if we have switched Google Ads on. These cookies measure whether an ad led to a visit. They are not set if you refuse, and they are not set if Ads is off in our console.
Spam protection on the contact form
Legal basis: legitimate interest, in keeping automated spam out of a mailbox people read. Where we have switched it on, the Talk to us page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, and no other page does. It checks that a message comes from a person rather than a script. It is part of the form you are using rather than something optional, so it is not behind the banner, and most people never see it: now and then it asks you to tick a box. It sets no advertising cookies and nothing on our site; anything it keeps while it checks is Cloudflare’s own, on Cloudflare’s domain, and only for telling people from scripts. What you write in the form comes to us, not to Cloudflare. More is on Privacy and in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
How to change your mind
Cookie settings in the footer opens the same choices again. Rejecting optional cookies stops us loading Google on the next page. You can also delete cookies for this site in your browser, which we treat as no choice, and we will ask again.
Search Console verification is a line of HTML so Google can prove the site is ours. It is not a cookie and it does not track you.
